Biography

Mr. Kinyua has practiced actively since his admission and is highly skilled in conveyance; drafting of pleadings; preparation of Legal opinion; dispute settlements (ADR). He is also a capable and proficient litigation advocate.

Mr. Kinyua has extensive experience in court procedures and practices having worked for 25 years as a court and conveyancing clerk with various law firms within the country.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Mr. Kinyua has worked as a court clerk with the firm of Dauti Kibanga & Company Advocates in Meru where he was handling all their court fillings and other procedures such as taking dates, drafting orders, drafting minor documents before he joined the firm of Mbichi Mboroki & Company Advocates as head of registry. His duties included assisting in handling conveyance and litigation duties, drafting minor pleadings and letters.

Mr. Kinyua was admitted into the roll of advocate in year 2014. Mr. Kinyua has extensively practiced as an advocate and has been handling both litigation and conveyancing duties.
